Nuoxera provides GenAI-native consulting and software development services, including but not limited to AI strategy consulting, custom AI solution development, and technology advisory services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials, and ensuring that their use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables created during our engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. Nuoxera retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during any engagement.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuoxera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate any engagement with reasonable notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
